Mac OS X Mountain Lion is coming this summer. Mountain Lion is inspired by iPad, it is a more powerful OS with more fun.
Mountain Lion has a few new features, and “Messages” beta is already available for Mac users with latest version Mac OS X Lion 10.7.3.
New features including:
Messages – allows you to send unlimited message on a Mac, iPhone, iPad or iPod touch running iOS 5. It supports functions with photos, videos, documents and contacts, it does so much more than iChat. It supports AIM, Jabber, Google Talk and Yahoo! Accounts.
Reminders – Apple finally is adding Reminder to Mac OS and it synchronizes with iCloud.
Notes – notes is also being added with more functions like adding photos, and you can share your notes with other people through Mail or Messages.
Notification Centre – it shows the latest update on the right hand side of the screen. You can also click the top right corner button or slide two fingers to left to show the notifications.
Share Sheets – allows users to share links, photos, and videos via Notes, Mail, and Messages. It also supports Flickr for photos, Vimeo for videos, and tweet anything.
Twitter – twitter is involving more and more, it allows users to share tweets from Safari, iPhoto or Photo Booth.
Game Centre – allow players to play against iPhoto, iPad and iPod Touch users.
AirPlay Mirroring – allows users to stream on Mac to HDTV via Apple TV.
Gatekeeper – saver control over the Mac. Avoid malware and better protection.
